Hello! I am so glad you're here. A little about me...

I am a wife, mother and lifelong creative who enjoys cooking, crafting cocktails, traveling and spending as much time as possible with my husband and two kids. Born and raised in New York, I have spent over a decade building a life with my husband here in beautiful Colorado and feel fortunate to call it home. 

I enjoy making meaningful connections and more times than not find the magic in seemingly mundane scenarios. Street tacos, as well as properly executed eggplant parmesan are two of my love languages. I also love the Colorado sunshine and escaping to the mountains whenever my family's schedule allows, always coming back home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

I pride myself on the extraordinary ability to make people feel comfortable and safe. Strangers become friends, and clients leave my sessions feeling like they've known me all along.
